I’m Glen Maguire, founder of Matrix AI Consulting.
For more than 25 years, I’ve helped organisations across New Zealand, Australia and Europe navigate technology, digital transformation and business change.
Today, my focus is AI — helping leaders understand what is changing, where the real opportunities are, and how to prepare their organisations for an increasingly AI-enabled future.
My work spans AI strategy, executive advisory, leadership workshops, workforce enablement and keynote speaking, with a strong focus on practical outcomes rather than hype or unnecessary technical detail.
Before founding Matrix AI Consulting, I worked across digital transformation, technology and strategy, including roles with Diageo Europe and Vodafone New Zealand. I later co-founded the Interactive Advertising Bureau New Zealand and hold an MBA from the University of Otago.
